You know those moments where the world seems to crack open and you never see things the same way again? 🤯
Mine happened when an energy vampire, I mean, old client emailed and it changed the way I view tough clients and brought peace…..which was not what he was intending in his email.
🧛 He said…
“I’m done with your company. Good luck with things, you will probably need it.”
I wished him well. That bothered him.
🧛 He then said…
“Based on how crappy you and your company are, it doesn’t surprise me that you are taking away what can be done and trying to force people into paying more money but then won’t give a refund when you don’t get the result you want.
I’m going to be honest and let you know I’m going to blast you on reviews and peer associations pretty much forever. And you justly deserve this.
Please end my service. I want nothing to do with your crap company.”
Geez!
So why did this bring peace?
