Well, it’s time for another Kindle direct publishing update! 🤩
So, how is the side hustle going? 🤔
I’ve been working on this for about three weeks, and I’m through all of this setup, and I have maybe 40 or 50 journals posted on KDP.
KDP stands for Kindle Direct Publishing, which is a self-publishing platform provided by Amazon that allows authors to publish their books in digital format for distribution on Amazon’s Kindle devices and apps.
They also sent me a sample, and they are really high-quality, which I got super excited about. ✨
But today was one of my check-ins, and I have only sold one journal. 😟
When we think about the amount of time, effort, and creative output that goes into this, it’s really discouraging.
But, on the flip side, I haven’t done any promotion, so what I mentioned earlier in this series is that I have a very large email list and a really large LinkedIn following. 👈
So, in the next couple of weeks. There will be emails going out and LinkedIn posts to showcase the journals. 📔
